Lemon Ginger Wheat
A zesty combination of lemon peel, lemongrass, and three types of ginger! This summer beer has a light lemony aroma with a hint of real ginger. Golden in color and light in body, the subtle wheat malt comes through with ease. A slight warming on the palate after the first sip is brought forward by the ginger and the moderate alcohol that finishes cleanly and crisply as befitting a summer wheat ale.
ABV: 5.8% SRM: 7.0 IBU: 27.4 IBU/GU 0.47 OG: 1.058 FG: 1.014
Honey Basil Ale
Sweet, mild and light bodied. This session style ale is made with organic honey and organic basil. The basil is present in the aroma and the soft herbal aftertaste of this braggot. This is one of our signature beers, and one that is asked about during the off-season when organic basil is not available locally.
ABV: 5.2% SRM: 5.4 IBU: 14.9 IBU/GU 0.28 OG: 1.053 FG: 1.013
Northwest Red IPA
A seasonal IPA that can be found in the late summer and fall, with a notable hop character in the nose and early palate, but not the traditional back-palate bittering found in most Northwest IPAs. A base of organic 2-row malt and four specialty grains round out this robust and aromatic beer. We used a variety of different hops, from Simcoe to Cascade to create this IPA, and it is one of our staff-favorites.
